The NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) and the Medical Transportation Management, Inc. (MTM) worked with Prosper Digital TV to promote a new transportation service for people with disabilities. The five-year campaign focused on wheelchair passengers and drivers throughout the five boroughs of New York City, and helped to educate and incentivize drivers to follow the appropriate safety protocols. Our team worked on an ADA-compliant video campaign with multiple assets and deliverables in 13 languages, targeting both drivers and passengers. In addition, we featured the clients’ new mobile app in the videos as a hub for communication between these two target groups.
