Phipps Neighborhoods is a nonprofit that provides opportunities for children, youth and families in low-income areas around New York City. The staff helps empower local communities through job and education programs, as well as community and economic empowerment services. Prosper Digital TV was hired to create compelling videos about dynamic people and programs for the annual Phipps gala and their fundraising initiatives.
